Where does Quirko ship to?
Quirko delivers to a number of pin codes across India. You will be asked to enter your delivery address in the checkout process. If it is within our delivery destinations list you will proceed to payment. If not, you will be informed and we regret that you will not be able to continue with checkout and pay for your order. In such a situation please contact us at snafu@quirkoshop.com. If we can get your order to your delivery address via a reliable shipping alternative we will certainly do so. Before you contact us, please ensure that your shopping cart is saved.
How do I add items to my shopping cart?
Whenever you see an item on Quirko that you are interested in buying, click on the item photograph and a page dedicated to that item will display. You should see an 'add to cart' icon just below the item description.
This does not commit you to buying the product; it simply sets it aside so that when you do decide to buy it you can do so quickly. After you put an item in your shopping cart you can either proceed to checkout and purchase the product or continue shopping. You can add as many products to your cart as you like. On the bottom of every screen an image of each unique item in your basket will be displayed.
How do I save my shopping cart?
In order to save your shopping cart to order at a later time you will need to be logged in before adding items to your cart . Your cart will save automatically if you do not purchase the items in it during a login session.
How do I begin the checkout process?
When you decide to buy the items in your cart, click on ' CHECKOUT,' located on the bottom of every page on our site. This will begin the checkout process. In the next series of pages you will be asked to type information that will let us know where to send the order, how to send it and how you intend to pay for it.
The checkout sequence should take less than two minutes for first time customers. If you tell us it is OK to do so, we will store your billing and credit card information so that the checkout process will be much quicker the next time you buy from us. Within 24 hours of receiving your order you will receive an email from us confirming your order. We will send you a follow-up email when we ship your order.
What is the difference between Billing and Shipping details?
Your Billing Details are your Name and Address exactly as they appear on your Credit Card statement and contact information that your bank or Credit Card provider may verify in authorising payment. Your contact information also helps us to send you order confirmation and update you at all times about your order.
Shipping Details are the delivery name, address and contact details where you would like your order delivered. If your Billing and Shipping details are the same, simply click the box provided.
There are two factors that affect when you will receive your order: the time it takes for the order to be processed, and the time it takes for your order to be shipped by our shipper. Orders shipped on completion of the processing period and via our reliable shippers will be delivered to you within 2-5 days from shipping. In case of unforeseen delays in shipping please allow 7 days for delivery over your order processing time. How much are your shipping charges?
Shipping charges are at actuals and vary depending on the delivery destination and the weight of the product .
What are my payment options ?
At Quirko we have taken immense care to make sure that a good shopping experience is completed with robust safety and efficiency in every aspect of paying for your order. For that reason we have chosen CCAvenue as our payment gateway.
Quirko customers can pay with complete safety via a host of options' Master Card, Visa, American Express, Diners Club International, JCB, Net Banking, Cash Card and Mobile Payments.
Is it safe to use my credit card?
Our payment gateway adopts stringent security measures to ensure that your sensitive information is thouroughly protected. Your entire Credit Card Authorization is done through a High End Secure Payment Gateway. You enter your credit card details on the Secure Server and the same is encrypted and transmitted via secure server directly to your credit card service for authorization to complete your order. At no time does even Quirko have access to your credit card details, thus making your payment even more secure than using your card in a restaurant.
On completion of the payment procedure you will arrive at Quirko's order confirmation page. You will also receive an order confirmation e-mail at the e-mail address you entered in your Billing Details during checkout. Please retain your order number for reference in all future contact with us.
Please Note: Quirko reserves the right to decline any order or cancel any order or part thereof. Any payments if received by Quirko on such orders will be refunded in full.
How long will it take to process my order?
Processing of your order will begin immediately on confirmation of payment, depending on your mode of payment. Different items have different order processing periods as you will see in their respective product descriptions, (e.g. Usually ships in 4-5 days). Note: Processing time for orders containing more than one item will be according to the item in your order requiring the longest processing time as all items in a single order will ship together.
Please note: Processing time is exclusive of Sundays and India/Karnataka public holidays.

Can I check the status of my order online?
You can check the status of your order online only if you have an account with us. Login to your account and click on Order History to view the status of your orders.
What if I am not satisfied with the items that I have purchased?
We want you to love everything that you buy from us. However, if you're not completely satisfied with your order, we will be happy to offer you an exchange or a full refund of your purchase price, provided that returned items are in their original condition. Any Shipping charges are non refundable.
What is the returns procedure?
Please return the items within 7 days from delivery to you. Our Returns Address is below. Please repack the items and delivery slip carefully in the original packaging you received them in and ship it to us via a reliable trackable courier.
Your returns must reach us within 7 days from delivery to you, with the items in undamaged, unused and re-saleable condition to be eligible for a refund. Quirko reserves the right to determine if items returned are in undamaged and unused condition and fit for resale.
Refunds will be made by any method determined by Quirko.
In case the items ordered by me are damaged during delivery will they be replaced?
Quirko uses reliable shippers to make sure your order is delivered safely. In the rare event that your items are damaged during shipping, Quirko offers you a replacement if you contact us within 3 days of taking delivery. Please contact us with your order number and details at snafu@quirkoshop.com. We will inform you within 48 hours about replacement procedure of the same items.
